One fine morning in the bright sunshine,
I saw a kid reciting a nursery rhyme,
Soon I remembered my own childhood days,
Wherein I lived in my different ways.
Helped increase mom's tasks by scattering stuff all around,
Till the time came when she thrashed me on the ground.
Wandered in the house with no prior vision,
Disturbing the other people full of concentration.
Went to school every day with a new zeal,
Just to realize that studies were a great deal,
Received a warning from the teacher every day,
And promised her to be good with the new sun ray.
Screamed and played with friends recklessly,
Hit and fell on them carelessly,
Went home with a new fresh wound every day,
& cherry on the ice-cream was a tight slap the same day.
But at the end of the day I feel,
Those were the wounds that quickly heal,
The real wounds are the sorrows of today,
That gets accumulated day by day by day!!!
