I Stood on the shore all alone,
No one there to hear my cries,
I couldn't bear things going off my hands,
Even after giving thousands of tries.
A tear dropped off my eyes,
and mixed with the sea,
I wished I could find it back again,
'coz it was the only thing that belonged to me.
I moved ahead a few steps,
Till the water reached my knees,
Thoughts of suicide crossed my mind,
So that, from this useless body, I can set my soul free.
But my principles forced me back to the shore,
'coz this was not what I had lived for,
And death hasn't conquered me yet,
So I had unlimited attempts still to go.
I saw a ray of hope emerging from the sea,
And I showed my back to all the Pains,
I promised to try a still little harder,
And never to give up but TRY AGAIN.
